1. Open Source Software

The software libraries, primitives, and tools published in our open lab (including OpenStore, Signal, Canvas, and Vorflux) are licensed under permissive open source licenses (MIT or Apache 2.0). You are free to inspect, fork, modify, and utilize them in commercial or personal projects subject to the terms of their respective licenses.

2. Learning Content & Deliverables

All educational curriculum, checkpoint guidelines, and project specifications on /learn are free for personal and team use. Any deliverables or software you create while working through Abeta learning paths belong 100% to you.

3. Studio Engagements

When engaging Abeta Studio for bespoke Product Strategy, Design Systems, or Fullstack Engineering services, work is governed by a dedicated Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW). Client partners own full IP upon milestone delivery.

4. Community Conduct

By participating in Abeta discussions, project showcases, or live workshops, you agree to treat fellow builders with respect, kindness, and constructive feedback. Harassment, spam, or malicious payloads will result in immediate moderation.
